1. Eligibility for Returns
You may be eligible to return a product if:
- The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact
Non-returnable items include:
- Products marked as Final Sale
- Personal care, hygiene, or intimate items
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Gift cards or downloadable digital products
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at contact@en.wbieyk.shop with your order ID and reason for return.
- Attach clear photos of the product showing the defect or issue (if applicable).
- Wait for our team to approve the return and provide return instructions.
- Ship the item back to the address provided. (Shipping costs for return may be borne by the customer unless the error was on our part.)
Please do not send any item back without prior confirmation.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- If paid via COD (Cash on Delivery), we may offer a refund via UPI, bank transfer, or store credit.
Refunds are only applicable for the product amount. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the item delivered was incorrect or damaged.
4. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to replace an item:
- Please return the item as per the above process.
- Once approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.
5. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped:
- Send an email to contact@en.wbieyk.shop with your order ID and cancellation request.
- If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. You may still return it after delivery (if eligible).
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- We will either offer a replacement, issue a refund, or provide a return option—based on the situation.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your payment provider (bank or wallet) as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
